Route: Hillpark Steps - Queensferry Road (A90) - north entrance to park - southern end of ridge via east side of hill - summit & Clermiston Tower - return to north entrance - start
Terrain: Clear paths: mostly wide but with some rocky and rough sections on the ridge. A few muddy patches.
Wildlife today: Blue tit, thrushes, blackbirds, robins, magpies, crows - basically the full collection of garden birds!
Weather today: Sunny intervals with a couple of rain showers, with strong winds out of the shelter from the trees.
